(1) If a male or female prisoner in prison or a man or woman not in prison wants to marry a prisoner in prison, an application must be made to the prison administrator for marriage registration.
(2) Upon submission of the application as per sub-section (1), the prison administrator shall send it in writing to the relevant body for marriage registration.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (2), if the relevant body sends a written letter to the prison office stating that the marriage can be registered according to the prevailing law, the prison administrator shall allow the prisoner to go to register the marriage accompanied by a security guard on the day of the marriage registration.
